Our team is well versed in providing advice on all aspects of insurance and reinsurance operations, as well as on matters pertaining to sanctions and contemporary issues. For example, we are advising one of the major insurances and reinsurance brokers in the Middle East in relation to its insurance brokerage programs and its operations in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. We are also representing a leading insurance company in a $15 million dispute in relation to the Trade Insurance Policy issued by the latter for the benefit of a Bahraini bank’s client. Furthermore, we assisted and advised on the first merger between two listed insurance companies in the history of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
