Mohamed Hilal is a Legal Clerk at BLK Partners based in Dubai.

Mohamed has over nine years of experience in Egypt and the UAE. His focus lies predominantly in dispute resolution matters, showcasing a versatile skill set across various legal arenas. He adeptly navigates through a myriad of criminal cases, from breach of trust and fraud to embezzlement, theft, and even traffic violations.

Mohamed's proficiency extends to handling bankruptcy cases, where he played a pivotal role in facilitating bankruptcy proceedings for a prominent holding group in the UAE. His involvement spans multifaceted responsibilities, including supporting matters related to financing contracts for prominent banks in the UAE, navigating commercial and real estate cases, and providing comprehensive assistance in execution filing, sequestration, property sales, and rental disputes.

Mohamed's proficiency extends to personal affairs cases encompassing divorce, alimony, guardian appointments, and adjudication. Moreover, he is well-versed in inheritance documentation, heirs' inventory management, judicial testimonies, sexual harassment cases, employment and labor disputes, arbitration filings and proceedings within the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts, diverse insurance cases, and the meticulous drafting and review of Powers of Attorney (POA) for a diverse range of clients.

Mohamed has an LL.B. from Assiut University (Asyut, Egypt) and is admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association.
