Mark has over 30 years of experience advising clients in the UK, the Middle East, and internationally on public-private partnerships (PPPs), joint ventures, construction, and infrastructure projects. He provides legal counsel across all phases of project development, from design and construction to operation and maintenance, across a wide range of sectors.

Mark has played a key role in major UK government PPP programs, notably the Building Schools for the Future PFI initiative, where he developed standard contracts and guidance notes. He has also supported health sector procurement and advised on sports and leisure contracts for Sport England and a major leisure operator. His practice covers the full project lifecycle and a range of contractual structures, including bespoke agreements, partnering frameworks, and joint ventures.
