Khulaif has more than twenty years of experience in Saudi Arabia. He is specialized in all forms of civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments, and arbitral awards. His practice focus includes advising on issues involving foreign investments, intellectual property, insurance, real estate, companies, incorporation, banking, securities and customer laws.
Khulaif has played a leadership role in several public sector projects, including carrying out regulatory reform work for the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs (MOMRA) of Saudi Arabia. For instance, He is has advised MOMRA on the assessment of the planning system, its review in comparison with international benchmarks, and the preparation of a new planning act to achieve development goals set by Vision 2030 and international conventions.
Khulaif has participated in several training sessions and symposia on drafting agreements, administrative courts, commercial securities, real estate, and telecommunication legislations. Prior to establishing his own practice, he practiced for six years in the Riyadh office of one of the leading international law firms in Saudi Arabia.
Khulaif has an LL.B. from King Saud University (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia). He is admitted to practice law in Saudi Arabia by the Saudi Ministry of Justice and is fluent in Arabic and English.
