Abdullah Alghalbi is a Junior Associate at BLK Partners, based in Riyadh.
Abdullah advises clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including company formation and restructuring, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and regulatory compliance. He assists Saudi and foreign-invested companies with foreign investment licensing and regulatory requirements before the relevant Saudi authorities.
Furthermore, his experience includes conducting legal due diligence and assisting companies with preparations for listing, including reviewing offering prospectuses. He also drafts and reviews corporate documentation, including resolutions, powers of attorney, constitutional documents, and internal regulations.
Abdullah holds an LL.B. in Commercial/Saudi Advanced Track from Prince Sultan University in Riyadh. He has also completed the General Saudi Capital Market Rules and Regulations (CME-1B) and the Global Deals Program (PIF). He is fluent in Arabic and English.
