Bader is an Associate at BLK Partners, based in Dubai.

Bader specializes in international commercial arbitration and common law litigation across various jurisdictions, often representing clients before the DIFC Courts and in multi-jurisdictional arbitration proceedings administered under various rules, including the ICC, DIFC-LCIA, DIAC and SIAC rules. He advises and represents clients in a wide range of disputes across various sectors, including construction, insurance, commodities and healthcare.

Bader is an Australian-qualified solicitor and previously practiced in major international law firms in the UAE and Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Laws (Juris Doctor) from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Australian National University in Canberra. He is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
