Haya Alieh is an Associate at BLK Partners, based in Dubai.

Haya specializes in corporate and litigation matters across the UAE, providing end-to-end legal support in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, advising on corporate structuring, company setup, and liquidation, and ensuring regulatory compliance across mainland UAE, free zones, ADGM, and DIFC.

Haya also supports investor structuring and conducts due diligence for corporate transactions. Her expertise extends to employment, consumer protection, data protection, anti-money laundering (AML), and real estate matters, including regulatory guidance for hospitality businesses. During her secondment to the world’s largest food and beverage company, she provided day-to-day legal advice on commercial, regulatory, and operational issues.

Haya holds an LL.B from Sagesse University in Beirut, Lebanon, and has completed a certification in Legal Tech and AI from Saint Joseph University in Dubai. She is admitted to the Beirut Bar Association and is fluent in both Arabic and English.
