Wissam Hachem is a Partner and the Head of the Corporate, Commercial & M&A Practice at BLK Partners, based in Riyadh.

Wissam has 23 years of experience in the MENA region, including 19 years in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He specialises in corporate and commercial law, advising domestic, regional, and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign investment, securities matters, insurance transactions, and corporate restructurings. His work also includes public and private offerings, capital increases, and the establishment and conversion of public joint stock companies.

Wissam has led numerous high-profile IPOs, rights issues, and capital markets transactions for insurance companies and other corporations in Saudi Arabia. He regularly advises on listings on the Saudi parallel market, strategic equity investments, mergers, and the restructuring of corporate groups. His experience spans key sectors such as insurance, healthcare, financial services, technology, real estate, and industrial businesses, where he has acted on a wide range of complex cross-border and domestic corporate matters.
