Ahmed has over 14 years of experience, including 12 years in the UAE. He specializes in construction, commercial, and civil law, with a focus on high-value and complex disputes. His expertise spans dispute resolution, including domestic litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR), across industries such as construction, infrastructure, real estate, bankruptcy, corporate, and banking.
Ahmed is also skilled in contract negotiations, preparing legal briefs and opinions, and interpreting laws, enabling him to provide strategic legal guidance tailored to various industries. Throughout his career, he has acted as lead counsel in significant domestic litigation and arbitration matters, including complex construction disputes and multi-billion-dollar cases.
Moreover, Ahmed has advised on Saudi Arabian and UAE laws, including free zone regulations, and provided day-to-day legal support to regional and international clients. His experience includes high-stakes bankruptcy and restructuring cases, cross-border legal coordination, disputes related to concession agreements, and subcontracting matters.
